Over the years, the popularity of Gin, Bourbon and Rums have increased, with bars opening focusing on exploring as many different expressions as possible...

So, now that DRL have rebranded Appliances online and they have rolled out the branding to their social media too, I thought I would share some of my favourite pictures that may or may not have made the cut.

The Contest

For the third edition of the Perfect Serve, the six European finalists were judged over two rounds by a prestigious jury composed of Salim Khoury, previous head bartender at the American Bar of London’s Savoy Hotel, Scotland’s leading whisky expert Charles MacLean, and Emiko Kaji of Nikka.
